I prezzi si intendono comprensivi di spese (gas - luce - riscaldamento - acqua calda). La biancheria non è inclusa. Sono richiesti in aggiunta € 25,00 per le pulizie finali per appartamenti fino a 3 posti letto; € 30,00 per gli appartamenti fino a 6 posti letto. Si chiede il versamento di caparra del 30% sulle prenotazioni. Su richiesta affittiamo anche annualmente. | Prices include all the expenses (gas - power - heating - hot water). Bed linen is not included. For the flats up to 3 beds, € 25,00 are requested for the final cleaning. For flats up to 8 beds, € 30,00 are requested. A preliminary payment
